- To achieve organizational and financial stability for the CRCA to ensure the continuity of its artistic and cultural program and contribute to the flourishing creative industry in the Rinconada area and beyond through a wide-range implementation of College mandates and policies.

About Saraysay
The idea behind the archive, and why it exists.
Rinconada's manuscripts, oral traditions, and institutional records have mostly lived in physical archives: fragile, hard to search, and hard to reach for anyone outside Nabua. A flood, a fire, or simply the passage of time could take that history with it before it's ever written down properly.
Saraysay exists to change that. Every item digitized here is preserved against loss, made searchable, and opened up to researchers, students, and the wider community — not locked away, but held in trust for the people whose history it is.
The idea behind it is simple: an archive shouldn't just store the past, it should help people find their way back into it. That's close to what the name points to — in Filipino, saysay is at the root of kasaysayan, history itself. This is a place to keep Rinconada's story told, not just kept.
